PRACTICAL SUPPORT, REVIEWED BY YOU

Meet Rec, your AI career companion

Rec helps you work through career questions with your selected CV, job description and stated ambitions. It can organise evidence and create drafts; it cannot verify your history, predict an employer or guarantee an outcome.

CV analysis and tailored drafts

Ask Rec to explain what a role appears to require, identify evidence already present in a selected CV and show where the record is silent. It can create a tailored DOCX draft, but you must review titles, dates, numbers, credentials and every implied claim before use.

Rec is instructed not to invent achievements. That safeguard reduces risk but does not make outputs automatically correct.

Interview practice

Provide a role description and practise likely questions in text or voice. Use the session to improve relevance, evidence, ownership and structure rather than memorise a perfect script.

Voice sessions are time and reply limited. Rec uses a synthetic voice; microphone audio is transmitted during the live session and Recrewd saves the text transcript, not the recording.

Skills and career direction

Rec can compare a target role with your experience, separate demonstrated and adjacent skills, and suggest learning questions. Treat its recommendations as hypotheses to test against real job descriptions, occupational sources and people who know the field.

Your control and privacy

You choose the CV and job description used in a conversation. Optional demographic answers are excluded. Profile changes are shown first and applied only after your explicit confirmation. You can delete conversations and manage your account data.

Use the minimum personal or confidential information needed. Read the privacy notice before using voice or uploading documents.

Membership access

Free accounts include career intake with a limited AI allowance. Premium includes 20 Rec credits with annual activation, Concierge includes 60, and account holders can add top-up credits when offered in billing.
