ACCURATE, USEFUL AND CORRECTABLE

Editorial policy

Recrewd publishes practical career and hiring guidance to help people make decisions. We separate verified facts, examples, scenarios and product availability so readers can judge the limits of each statement.

Who the content is for

Career resources are written for professionals and hiring teams who need a clear method, worked example or decision framework. They are educational and do not replace legal, financial, tax or individual career advice.

Sources and examples

We prefer primary public authorities for laws, standards and official guidance. Commercial comparisons use the supplier’s own current terms where possible. Examples created by Recrewd are labelled or written so they cannot be mistaken for a real candidate or customer outcome.

Search volume, market estimates and tool scores are cited and dated when used. A scenario is not presented as a market average.

AI-assisted drafting

AI may assist with structure, questions and wording. A person remains responsible for checking sources, examples, product claims and sensitive implications before publication. We do not publish invented author biographies, testimonials, partnerships or outcome statistics.

Review and updates

Each resource identifies its editorial author and publication and update dates. An update date records a substantive content change; it does not imply an expert review. A reviewer and review date appear only when a completed review has an accountable person and a recorded reference. Publishing an unrelated site change does not update these dates.

Corrections and conflicts

Send correction requests to shayan@coldai.org with the page and statement. We check material issues against the source and current product state, correct confirmed errors and update the page modification date when the change is substantive.

Recrewd resources may discuss services Recrewd offers. Product availability and commercial calls to action are identified directly so the reader can distinguish education from promotion.
