How Recrewd works

1. Describe the work you want

A guided conversation captures your target roles, career history, current and preferred locations, salary expectations and working arrangement. You can review the resulting profile and return to update it.

Optional demographic questions are separate, currently disabled and never required for selection. Do not put unnecessary sensitive information in a CV or ordinary chat.

2. Add the CVs you choose

Upload a PDF or DOCX and describe the roles it should represent. You can keep one CV for all relevant roles or maintain several versions for different directions. Files remain private to your account unless you separately authorise sharing for a relevant introduction.

3. Choose whether to be considered

Free membership places your profile in the Recrewd talent pool. You decide whether sharing is enabled and can pause future introductions. Recrewd does not publish your CV as a public profile.

An introduction may happen only when a relevant opportunity and an appropriate recipient are available. Employers control their interview and hiring decisions. No minimum number of introductions, applicants, interviews or offers is promised.

4. Use Rec for career work

Rec can help analyse a selected CV, compare it with a job description, practise interviews, explore skills gaps and draft a tailored CV for your review. Profile changes require your confirmation before they are applied.

AI output can be wrong or overconfident. Verify every factual claim before using or sharing it. Text conversations and voice transcripts are saved to your account; see the privacy notice for the current data flow.

5. Choose your membership

Free membership covers your talent-pool profile and private CV library. Premium and Concierge add annual support and Rec credits. Business membership begins with a role brief so Recrewd can confirm the hiring scope and market coverage.
