Method

Contingency scenario = expected hires × salary basis per hire × contingency fee percentage.

Subscription scenario = the fixed subscription price for the same comparison period.

The difference compares only those fee inputs. It excludes tax, optional assessments, internal hiring time, advertising, replacement terms and the cost of an unfilled role unless you account for them separately.

How to interpret the result

A lower fee input is not proof of better value. The services may provide different sourcing work, candidate access, screening, guarantees or support, and either model may result in no hire. Compare contracts and evidence for actual delivery alongside the arithmetic.
